The second half of the Premier League is here and there’s plenty of time for sides to turn things around, with a supercomputer predicting how the final table could look come May

The second half of the Premier League season is about to get underway as every side continues to jostle for positions at the top and bottom of the table.
Some may be exceeding expectations, with the likes of Arsenal sitting top as well as Fulham and Brighton pushing for European football. However, there are others that have had far from an ideal start to the campaign, such as Chelsea and Liverpool, who would have hoped to have been in the title picture but are mid-table instead.
There is still plenty of time for things to change though as all things gear up towards a grand stand finish in late May. There’s also the added factor of January transfers, with every side – bar Everton – making at least one signing to strengthen the squad for the upcoming run-in.
With those changes added, a supercomputer has determined where teams are likely to finish come the end of the season. BonusCodeBets have predictions that show Arsenal are set to win the league, favourites at 4/6 over nearest rivals Manchester City in second at 6/5.
Manchester United and Newcastle are tipped to round out the top four, with Liverpool in fifth ahead of Tottenham in sixth. Chelsea make a slight recovery from their current tenth-placed predicament to finish seventh and have a possibility of featuring in Europe next season.
It remains to be seen if that is how the season pans out though, with plenty of twists and turns left in the pipeline for everyone to deal with.
