Following the lady who accused him of sexually assaulting her in a Four Seasons Hotel room in Austin, Texas, after a music event on March 9, 2014, Justin filed a lawsuit against her in 2020.

It is reported that the “malicious” accusation is “factually impossible” and based on “outrageous, concocted falsehoods,” with the artist claiming to have “indisputable documented proof” to prove he was not in the hotel on the night in the issue.

Despite the fact that the “Peaches” singer was in Austin at the time, he said he did not stay at the Four Seasons. He claims that he and Selena Gomez met at SXSW and departed together to spend the night at a nearby rental home.
