Selena Gomez has finally sold her sprawling Texan mansion for $2.7 million, some three months after knocking $300,000 from the original $3 million asking price and two-years after it was listed.
The singer and actress originally bought the property – an enormous five-bedroom, six-bathroom pile in Fort Worth’s gated Montserrat neighbourhood – for $3.5 million through her business manager Richard Feldstein in 2015.
But it was back on the market just months after buying it, and originally listed it for sale at $3.499 million, according to Architectural Digest.
