Jason Statham fired a gun at point-blank range at Post Malone in a new trailer released Monday for the upcoming Guy Ritchie thriller Wrath Of Man.
The action thriller was co-written and directed by Ritchie, 52, and marks his fourth directorial collaboration with lead actor Statham, 53, following Lock, Stock And Two Smoking Barrels in 1998, Snatch in 2000 and the 2005 film Revolver.
Wrath Of Man is based on the 2004 French film Cash Truck by Nicolas Boukhrief.

The trailer opened with Statham’s character being introduced as ‘H’ as he joined Fortico armored truck company that specializes in cash deliveries across Los Angeles.
‘Do you have any idea how dangerous this job can be?,’ a new co-worker asked him.
‘Some idea, yeah,’ H replied.
‘We ain’t the predators, we’re the prey,’ he was told.

H soon came across trouble as masked robbers kidnapped a fellow Fortico employee.
‘Leave this to me,’ H told his armored truck driver.
He tossed a bag of loot onto the ground and a gunman told him to toss it onto the truck next time.

‘Sorry, pal,’ H apologized as he tossed a bag and shot the gunman simultaneously.
H quickly and accurately discharged his handgun and killed several robbers while saving his co-worker.
One of the accomplices portrayed by 25-year-old Malone, real name Austin Richard Post, fled and ran into a warehouse where H hunted him down.

He then shot the robber at point-blank range.

H was then seen recovering in a hospital and being told that he was in an accident.
He asked about his son who apparently was killed as a bystander during an armored car robbery.
‘I need to know who killed my son,’ H told a shadowy figure.

H was then shown going on a killing spree as he worked out a grudge.
Wrath Of Man will be in theaters on May 7.
Ritchie and Statham will team up again for the spy film Five Eyes that also will feature Aubrey Plaza, 36.
