Hands on father! Chris Hemsworth, 33, showered his growing brood with affection as he joined wife Elsa Pataky, 40, on a family outing near their Byron Bay home last Thursday
Enjoying time off since having wrapped up filming the third installment of the Thor franchise, Chris cut a low-key figure.
A round-neck grey T-shirt showed off the actor’s muscular arms and was paired with distressed black denim shorts.
Donning a pair of neutral-hued canvas lace-ups, Chris accessorised further with a black cap featuring the Adidas logo emblazoned on the front, and stylish gold-rimmed aviator sunglasses.
Low-key: The Thor star opted for casual attire, sporting a simple round-neck grey T-shirt teamed with distressed black denim shorts
Chris looked every inch the doting father as he held daughter India Rose in one arm and one of his twin boys in the other.
The star’s offspring were also casually dressed in colourful ensembles with India Rose adorning her ponytail with a pretty white clip.
Joined by wife Elsa, India Rose, 4, and twin boys Tristan and Sasha, 2, enjoyed time in the natural surroundings.
The A-list offspring were seen climbing up trees with their famous parents supervising.
They were later spotted patting a lizard with what appeared to be a group of family friends.
Elsa, also an actress, highlighted her svelte frame in an equally casual ensemble.
Fascinated: The whole group looked enthralled to be out in nature
A simple green T-shirt with capped sleeves emphasised the Spanish star’s lithe arms, while white overalls teamed over the top accentuated her bronzed and lean legs.
The mother-of-three accessorised with simple black trainers and a stylish fedora hat, while her fair-haired tresses were swept back off her face in a simple ponytail.
Appearing to go makeup-free, Elsa let her natural beauty shine through.
In August, Elsa revealed to Woman’s Day magazine that she feels right at home in Byron Bay.
Doting mother: Elsa made sure she was on hand in case any of her children needed assistance
‘We can walk straight down to the beach, we can have a normal existence and the kids have a hell of a lot more fun than they did back in the States,’ she shared with the glossy publication.
Her and husband Chris have some go-to spots for their dining and shopping needs.
They are often seen at local eatery The Farmhouse, while Elsa is quite the fan of hippie chic-inspired ensembles from local fashion retailer Spell.
Meanwhile a shopkeeper told the publication that the family just go about their business like everyone else, saying: ‘They see extremely down-to-earth for celebrities.’
Earlier this year Chris said he was content with his decision to move the family back Down Under, as he found the Hollywood lifestyle ‘suffocating.’
‘I love what I do as an actor, but when you are surrounded by it constantly, it becomes a bit suffocating,’ he told Modern Luxury.
