Alejandro Garnacho was watching Manchester United’s FA Cup clash with Fulham from home due to injury.
Man Utd star Alejandro Garnacho deleted the original post where the vape was spotted
Manchester United youngster Alejandro Garnacho appeared to crop out a vape from a hastily-deleted Instagram post during Manchester United’s FA Cup clash with Fulham in a move that may have potentially landed the player in hot water. The Argentine forward, who missed the match due to an injury sustained in last weekend’s 0-0 draw with Southampton, was keen to show his support for his team-mates on the social media platform as the Red Devils looked to set up a semi-final with Brighton at Wembley.
Garnacho uploaded a picture of his TV screen and lounge with the caption “Let’s go guys!” However, eagle-eyed Manchester United fans quickly noticed a green ‘Elux Legend 3500’ vape positioned on the sofa in the image.
Coincidentally, the post was then quickly deleted by Garnacho and re-uploaded but interestingly, the vape was mysteriously missing in the second picture.
Unfortunately for Garnacho, United fans had already begun posting about the blunder, which was screen-shotted by a large number of supporters and then shared on Twitter.
The controversial post could now require an explanation to United boss Erik ten Hag, although there is no indication as to whether the vape belonged to Garnacho himself.

It’s been a dramatic rise to prominence for former Atletico Madrid youth player Garnacho, who has endured an impressive breakthrough season at Old Trafford
He first made his mark in the Europa League group stages earlier in the campaign when he struck the winner in a 1-0 triumph over Real Sociedad in Spain.
Garnacho then started to feature prominently and put his name up in lights when he netted a stoppage-time winner in the 2-1 win at Fulham in United’s final game before the World Cup.
Since then, the Argentine has been battling to stake his claim to a starting berth, providing a number of notable contributions including a match-winning assist for Marcus Rashford in the Manchester derby.
The highly-rated teenager is now facing a spell on the sidelines after being crocked following a firm challenge from Kyle Walker-Peters against the Saints.
In the past few days, Garnacho has been spotted limping around on crutches while also wearing a protective boot amid fears it could be a while before his return to action.
United managed to battle past Fulham without the jet-heeled winger to reach the FA Cup semi-finals with a 3-1 victory despite falling behind to Aleksandr Mitrovic’s opener.
The Serbian then saw red in a moment of madness – pushing the referee – after Willian was shown a straight red card for handling Jadon Sancho’s effort off the line.

Mitrovic also received his marching orders while Cottagers boss Marco Silva was also sent off for his passionate protests on the sideline.
The Red Devils then ruthlessly punished Fulham, who totally collapsed, as Bruno Fernandes converted the resulting penalty before Marcel Sabitzer added a quick-fire second.
Fernandes then got his second of the afternoon to wrap up the game and United will now face high-flying Brighton for a place in the final where they could meet rivals Manchester City or Sheffield United.
The Seagulls cut through League Two side Grimsby like a hot knife through butter as Roberto De Zerbi’s side ran out comfortable 5-0 winners in their one-sided quarter-final clash.
