The dashing Italian has long been rubbing shoulders with the rich and famous, but this week has really landed on everyone’s radar after getting up close and very personal with Selena Gomez.

Helping the pop star celebrate her 22nd birthday along with model Cara Delevingne, in St. Tropez, France, this past week aboard a stunning luxury vessel, owned by Alshair Fiyaz, who is believed to be one of Tommy’s clients.

Seen snuggling in close while riding a jet ski and being very touchy feely on deck, with Tommy being quite the gentleman and wrapping the former girlfriend of Justin Bieber up in a towel and then a hug.

While not well known in America or England, Tommy is a fixture in the European social sect and is often seen hobnobbing with the rich and famous at top charity balls and parties.

Not only part of the social elite, the muscular European is also a go to for the rich and richer as a superyacht broker and also runs a company which manages and rents the favourite hobby of the rich and famous, Royal Yacht Supplies, a company which he started in 2011.

Selena’s seemingly pure joy at being around the wealthy well-connected Italian has prompted much speculation that the pair have embarked on a romance.

But of course what happens in St. Topez does not stay in St. Tropez and the birthday girl may have some explaining to do to Gossip Girl star Jessica Szohr.

Almost a month ago to the day, Jessica and Tommy were seen around Italy looking loved up, seeing the sights and getting very hot and steamy in a Portofino swimming pool.

But it is not just Hollywood’s leading ladies that have been clamouring to get close to the Italian.

Tommy has also been seen palling it up with Adrien Brody over the years and also Jason Statham.

Whether the businessman and Selena are dating or not, he has certainly done a lot to help the Come And Get It star forget about her on and off relationship woes with Justin Bieber.
