Recently, a stray dog accidentally stepped on and fell onto a layer of hot asphalt that workers had poured onto the ground at the Nakhon Nayok industrial estate in Thailand. A two-hour rescue operation was carried out to save the dog.
The sticky layer of asphalt covered the dog’s entire body, but luckily, its head was not submerged.
Afterwards, a local resident discovered the dog and called for help. Rescuers used an excavator to lift the dog out. The rescue team then used gasoline to remove the layer of asphalt to avoid damaging the dog’s fur and skin. Within two hours, the rescue team successfully freed the dog, which was then taken in by veterinarians.
