Exactly one month ago, his latest film Spider-Man: No Way Home shattered records and became a blockbuster hit.
And on Monday Tom Holland, 25, showed off the hard work he put in to prepare for the role as he posed shirtless with his chiseled chest and abs on display.
It came in a gym photo Oliver Trevena, 40, posted of the two on Instagram as he playfully wrote, ‘Use extreme caution when training with a friend who is also a Marvel Superhero. May cause post workout collapse.’

The post was shared on the actor’s page, where he regularly keeps 152,000 followers entertained.
He prefaced his caption with the word ‘WARNING’ spelled out between two yellow caution sign emojis.
The investor tagged the Cherry star and added hashtags, ‘#NowPutYourShirtBackOnSpiderman #spidermannowayhome.’
Excited fans gathered in the comments to write, ‘ok he’s too delicious, i just can’t deal,’ ‘Thanks for my new wallpaper,’ and ‘Yes, my spider lord.’

Holland was dressed in a pair of long, light greens sweat shorts, white Vans tube socks, and white sneakers.
His hands were swaddled with protective black hand wraps as he held up one fist for the photo.
A bit of his green underwear peeked out from the top of his shorts and his dark hair was tousled with sweat as curly strands hung over his forehead.
Trevena stood next to him in a white hoodie with cutoff sleeves, black shorts, and white and black boxing gloves.
