She’s already the Queen of Hollywood, so it seems fitting that Angelina Jolie can boast her own iconic Royal possession.
Jolie, 47 – made an honorary grand dame by the late Queen for her humanitarian work – has been gifted a box, modelled on the one used by monarchs to receive important government papers, by her friend Baroness Arminka Helic, pictured behind Angelina.
My source says the box is embossed with the cipher of the Order of St Michael and St George and Angelina was ‘over the moon’ to receive it.

Millie’s novel surprise
Stranger Things actress Millie Bobby Brown keeps the surprises coming thick and fast. Fresh from announcing her engagement to actor Jake Bongiovi, son of rocker Jon Bon Jovi, 19-year-old Millie – left with Jake – has written a novel based on her family history.
Called Nineteen Steps and being published by HarperCollins, it is set in London during the Second World War and promises ‘star-crossed lovers’ and ‘tangled secrets’. Sadly it isn’t out until September, so we’ll have to wait to find out just what Millie’s ancestors got up to.

Gizzi, or the Honourable Griselda Maxwell Erskine, to give her her full name, is hosting a one-day-only ‘NugGiz In The Neighbourhood’ event at Islington’s Neighbourhood restaurant. If you fancy guzzling as many as you can in under an hour, accompanied by Gizzi’s range of dips, don’t forget your wallet – admission is £20.
