The 36-year-old infamous celebrity, Amber Heard as per TMZ offloaded her Mojave Desert estate in California’s Yucca Valley, near Joshua Tree National Park. The estate was sold off for a whopping $1.1 million with a closing date of July 18, 2022.
As per reports, the property was purchased through an anonymous trust in 2019 which reportedly had ties with the Aquaman actress for just over $570k.
Records shared that a non-famous married couple bought it from her however she never involved herself directly in this deal. While she ended up with much profits in her hand, it is because she bought that pre-pandemic.
When the pandemic hit the world, property values have mostly gone up. While this used to be one of the prominent relaxing spots for her, she eventually racked up much profit by letting it go.

An insider told Mirror that the actress loved spending her time on the property.
“It’s the one place she can get away from everything. She’s really connected with the artistic community there, and feels she experiences a true getaway.”
She eventually had to let it go with a massive profit amid the financial trouble she was facing after losing the defamation lawsuit. She was ordered to give her ex-husband, Johnny Depp $10.35m in damages after she lost the case while Heard was awarded $2m for her counter-claims. The duo eventually ended the saga with Heard’s insurance company settling the case by paying $1 million to The Tourist actor.
