Chelsea ace Jude Soonsup-Bell has agreed to join Tottenham after rejecting interest from Manchester City.
The 19-year-old is highly regarded at Stamford Bridge and the Blues had been keen to tie the teenager down to a new long-term deal.
Soonsup-Bell’s current deal at Chelsea expires at the end of the season but the Blues have been frustrated in their bid for him to sign fresh terms.
His reluctance had attracted attention from Manchester City, who offered Soonsup-Bell attractive financial terms.
But the Evening Standard say Tottenham have won the race to sign the striker and have agreed a fee for the forward.

The striker will go straight into Spurs’ U21s squad and the club hope he will bolster the academy for the next 18 months before competing for a first team spot.
Chelsea fear their vast spending has had a negative effect on youngsters at the club, who now see their pathway into the first team blocked.
The club have spent close to £200m this month, following a £280m outlay last summer.
