Jadon Sancho has ended a three month social media silence with a message to Manchester United supporters.
Sancho shut down his social media channels when the Premier League broke for the World Cup. He was not named in the England squad.
It later turned out Sancho had been struggling with his fitness, which led to him missing the last fortnight of games for Manchester United before the break, where his form had been trailing off beforehand.
Now, after time away to concentrate on getting up to full speed, Sancho is back with the first team and made his return at Old Trafford this week.

Sancho was given a huge welcome back from the crowd at Old Trafford when he made his return as a substitute in the Carabao Cup semi-final second leg this week.
He looked happy to be back, and genuinely taken aback with the warmth of the reception from the crowd.
Now, after also seeing the well-wishing messages too from supporters, Sancho has ended his self-imposed social media silence.
Ahead of United’s game against Crystal Palace, he wrote on Twitter: “Wow! Just want to say a massive thank you to everyone for the support i’ve received over the past few weeks especially to the fans. My focus is to give my all to my team and the club, I’m so happy to be back out on the pitch, see you soon.”
He received responses from former Borussia Dortmund teammates Erling Haaland and Jude Bellingham.

There is a possibility Sancho even starts in Saturday’s game against Crystal Palace at Old Trafford on Saturday. If not, it is likely he will get another big welcome back from the bench. One way or another, he will be involved.
Sancho, 22, scored three goals early in the season, including the opener in Erik ten Hag’s first competitive win as manager, and non-competitive win, both against Liverpool.
He featured as a central attacking midfielder against Forest, a role where he can be a real threat for United. It is exciting to have him back, and he looks thrilled to return too.
A positive mindset is just as important as being healthy physically, and it looks like Sancho is in a good place.
