Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has praised seven Manchester United players whilst picking out a ‘big miss’ for the Red Devils.
On Sunday, United will travel to Anfield as they take on long-term rivals Liverpool in a mouth-watering Premier League clash.
Erik ten Hag’s men are flying after bagging the Carabao Cup last weekend and sealing a place in the FA Cup quarter-finals this week.
Liverpool on the other hand have extended their unbeaten run in the Premier League to four matches after beating Wolverhampton Wanderers 2-0 on Wednesday.

Speaking ahead of the match, Klopp has praised seven of United’s players, whilst stating that Christian Eriksen will be a big miss for the Red Devils. Having picked out the ‘Dutch fella’ Wout Weghorst as a big threat, Klopp also highlighted other players.
Klopp said: “Bruno Fernandes’ movement is really, smart, where he shows up, the way he is suddenly here or there.
“Casemiro is obviously there linking up all the stuff and whoever is playing next to Casemiro will be a good footballer in Fred or [Marcel] Sabitzer, [Scott] McTominay whatever.
“Eriksen is a miss because he played a really good season until then but altogether the defending, the man marking makes it really physical and then on the counter attacks the wingers and up front the Dutch fella, really physical. It’s a good step up. It’s not a team built for the next 20 years it’s for now and now they are really good.”
On the highflying Marcus Rashford, Klopp said: “He is not their only decisive player.
“He had a really difficult year last year where he was obviously not performing on the level he is able to perform. Now he is playing incredible.
“His speed, his technique, the mix up of everything, how calm he is in front of goal now, he scores worldies and the simple ones and he puts his head in.”
The Liverpool boss added: “We played against world class offensive players before and if you try to do that in a one-on-one situation you will always be on the wrong end of it. So we have to defend collectively.”
Who will come out on top between Liverpool and United? Only time will tell.
