Manchester United superstar Marcus Rashford has joined TikTok following his gargantuan display during his side’s 2-2 draw with Barcelona in the Europa League in mid-week
Marcus Rashford has joined TikTok and has celebrated by giving fans a cheeky jump scare in his first post.
The Manchester United star uploaded a video of himself juggling the ball in the middle of a empty playing field where he performed a few tricks before playfully knocking the ball right into the lens of the camera.
He then picked the camera up and said: “Yes everyone, Marcus Rashford here and I am on TikTok,” and told followers in the video caption to “ask me anything in the comments and I’ll get back to a few of you soon”.

Rashford is arguably in the form of his life at the moment after scoring 14 goals in his last 16 games for the Red Devils. Rashford gave his fans a jump scare with his first post
Such has been Rashford’s hot streak that United supporters have started tipping him to win the 2023 Ballon d’Or, with one fan tweeting “just give it to him now” following his display in Catalonia.
However, talkSPORT presenter Simon Jordan said he thought the hype around Rashford was getting a bit much and rubbished assertions that the England international was a ‘world class’ player.
“You’re seeing Marcus Rashford in this ridiculous vein of form,” Jordan said. “What I have always pushed back against is the characterisation, he is a world class player and that he is on an elite position. I think he is a very good player … [but] I think it is a bit silly to call him world class.
The former Crystal Palace owner insisted Rashford needed to keep his hot streak going for a significant period of time before he could be considered world class.

“Confidence and moments of time are one thing, a body of work and a consistent level of attainment, that puts you above everybody else, that’s the usage of the word world class … we throw first class around like it is confetti,” he added. “There are very few world class players. You can name them on a couple of hands.”
