Making the sure the unique look did not shroud her completely, Scarlett then accessorised with a black studded belt to enhance her slender figure.
Retaining her trendy style from head to toe however, the Lucy star added a pair of black stiletto ankle boots as a glamorous finishing touch – which were punched with a number of silver and turquoise rings for a hint of glitz.
Sweeping her recent blonde bob to one side, the actress left her enviably clear and glowing skin on display – which she accentuated with rosy blusher and a slick of pink lipstick.

Scarlett was promoting her new movie Ghost In The Shell, which is released later this month, alongside co-stars Takeshi Kitano, Michael Pitt and Juliette Binoche.
The flick is based the Japanese manga of the same name by Masamune Shirow, and previously became an animated film in Japan in 1995.
Her casting in as Asian role initially received some backlash, however the film’s producer Steven Paul was quick to defend the actress.

Duo: Scarlett looked more than comfortable with French actress Juliette as they posed together on the carpet
Leading man: Michael Pitt also attended the premiere in a grungy version of a black suit
He told Buzzfeed News: ‘I don’t think it was just a Japanese story. Ghost in the Shell was a very international story, and it wasn’t just focused on Japanese; it was supposed to be an entire world.’
‘That’s why I say the international approach is, I think, the right approach to it,’ he continued.
Drawing on his ‘international’ inspiration, he added: ‘We’re utilising people from all over the world. There’s Japanese in it. There’s Chinese in it. There’s English in it. There’s Americans in it.’
Blue velvet: Juliette dazzled in a plunging dress of navy velvet – which cut daringly low at the front to give a saucy flash of her cleavage
What a pair: Scarlett plays The Major in the Japanese flick about cyber hackers, while Juliette plays Dr. Ouéle – although many criticised Scarlett’s casting in an Asian film
Nonsense: Producer Stephen Paul was quick to defend the blonde, explaining: ‘It is a very international story, it wasn’t just focused on Japanese; it was supposed to be an entire world’
Neutral: Scarlett herself then justified these objections, explaining: ‘I’m playing a person that is completely identity-less. She is a human brain in a synthetic robot body’

Scarlett herself then justified these objections in an interview with Event magazine, noting that her character is completely neutral – making her own ethnicity irrelevant.
She said: ‘Their question is answered in the film. I’m playing a person that is completely identity-less. She is a human brain in a synthetic robot body.’
Meanwhile, Scarlett’s promotional tour for the film sees her return to the spotlight for the first time, following the announcement she had filed for divorce from husband Romain Dauriac on March 7.

The estranged pair are now reportedly in the midst of a custody battle for their two-year-old daughter Rose.
It was said that Dauriac was taken aback by the request because he has been the ‘primary parent’ for the two-year-old while Johansson has been involved with her career.
The Frenchman now reportedly plans to petition the court to take the child to live with him in his native France, adding that Johansson will have ‘access to her daughter any time she wants to come to Paris.’
Rising above it: Scarlett was late seen heading from the carpet into the screening in her effortlessly glamorous fashion, despite the stressful situation with Romain

‘I’ve realised in the past couple of years that I have never actually been alone,’ she explained. ‘I have always been with somebody. And in those first moments of life, even just the spark of it, having somebody else there must affect one, right?’
‘Because of that, I’m learning now how to be alone just with myself. But it’s challenging. It doesn’t mean that I don’t feel alone at times or lonely, but I’m realising that I’ve always had this other half out there.’
