Jennifer Lawrence has made a colossal $5.7million loss on her sprawling New York City penthouse as it finally sold for $9.9million after a year on the market.
The Oscar-winning actress, 32, slashed more than $3million off the original price of $15.6million in January, asking for offers of $12million.
Now Variety reports the Silver Linings Playbook star has sold the luxury penthouse suite with panoramic city views for $9.9 million to Lebanese banker Marwan Kheireddine, taking a huge loss.

Jennifer cut the property’s price tag in January to $12million. Back in November, one month after she married Cooke Maroney in Newport, Rhode Island, she listed it at $14,250,000, after having purchased it for $15.6 million in 2022.
The publication states the future owner will have to pay massive common charges of $5,700 a month, alongside taxes, insurance and upkeep which amount to $100,000 a year.
The apartment features three bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms.
